All orders require up to 10 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may be extended due to events beyond our control; for example, delays due to the pandemic, or volume increase. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your tracking number to update.

My products are damaged.
Once packages are delivered to your address, it is your responsibility. If your package was delivered and you have sensitive items in your package such as body butter or body scrubs, please make sure it is not left in the mailbox as the temperature may affect the product’s form or ingredients.
