Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges. 

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges; however, an exception may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

​Returned, Lost or Stolen Packages.

​​Unfortunately, once the packages have been shipped, we are no longer in control of transit. If your package does not arrive in a timely fashion, you will need to file a claim with USPS.  If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. A reshipment option may be available for a reshipment fee.
